Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our wonderful products, then click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit and debit card payment through our secure payment partner Protx.

Our website only accepts orders from the UK. For other locations please contact us for more details on the shipping costs. Either by email: info@pollypickles.co.uk or please call on 0845 880 8012 between 09.00 and 17.00 GMT. All payments are to be made in GBP Sterling.
Shipping And Handling
UK ORDERS: Most orders are usually received within 3-10 working days.

All mainland UK orders are currently delivered for a fixed charge of £3.99.

Shipments usually require a signature on delivery, so please advise us if you wish your delivery to be received by a neighbour in your absence. Deliveries will not usually be left without a signature. If you are not able to receive your delivery a card wil be left by our carrier. If you do not make arrangements for re-delivery or collect the item from your local depot, your order may be returned to us and an additional charge will be made for arranging a new delivery. Polly Pickles will not be held liable for any delays or errors made by carriers.

Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands: costs £9.99 per order.
Delivery Schedule UK orders will be received within 3-10 working days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will personally contact you and notify you as soon as the item is restocked. If one item from a multiple-item order is not in stock, you can 1) wait until all items are in stock, or 2) receive the stocked items first and the additional item/s once they are restocked. Polly Pickles is not liable for unavailability of items or erors in stock levels shown on our website. Remaining items in stock will be shipped as normal.
Tax Charges For orders delivered to an address in the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included in the price of goods and shipping.
Credit Card Security All credit card transactions are undertaken using our secure payment partner, Protx, on their secure server. For your total security we do not receive or retain any of your credit card details. We accept American Express, Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Solo and Switch.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your order please advise within 48 hours of receipt.

Privacy Policy We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, under which we are registered through our limited company Treeblocks Limited.

We collect information about you for 3 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We may also contact you by email in the future to tell you about new products or special offers. We will always give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future. We will not pass on your details to a third party for marketing purposes.

Returns Policy Under the terms of The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 7 working days, beginning the day after you receive your order. Notice of cancellation must be given by email to info@pollypickles.co.uk or by writing to us at the address shown. The order must be returned unopened in reasonable condition suitable for resale, and the cost of returning goods must be met by the customer.

On cancellation of your order and receipt of your goods in reasonable condition, we will reimburse any sum you have paid, less any charge for the direct costs of posting your order and recovering your order (if the cost of returning the goods has been met by Polly Pickles).

If your goods are defective or faulty in any way, you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt by email to info@pollypickles.co.uk. You will be entitled to a substitute item subject to availability or a refund. The cost of returning faulty goods will be met by Polly Pickles, and we will normally arrange collection from your premises by our carrier. Returned faulty goods must be packaged in suitable condition.
